Maybe mystic rythm--or however s/he spells it--is so unbelievably busy being artistic and living life like the rain that s/he can't be bothered with conventional spelling! I'd imagine it's darn tough to have your life be like rain...all soggy and whatnot. Poor devil.

Yeah, but most of us don't really have a hard time with 2- and 3-letter words. Frankly I'm astounded we got an "are" out of you.
