Like a girl's first period, a guy has a "nocturnal emmision" when he truely goes through puebery. Not every guy does it though. But that is different then wet dreams.

Spexxvet- Puberty is an instantaneous moment when the first time a female gets her first period and a male gets his first emission. Pubescence is the longer period of time, usually early teenage years.
