Hey!!!!!! I got asked at the pool tonight how much weight I'd lost 'cause my face was looking skinny! They didn't believe only 1lb.

...and... I gained 10lb since last summer which is when these people really saw me last so I might actually weigh more than the former me they are comparing me with. That muscle sure is heavy, huh?

Yups, muscles sure are damn heavy. At least that's what I'm maintaining since I gained back my weight but somehow some people think I look thinner and there's no more bulge in my midsection.

Anyways, back to you, Monster. You go girl! Just keep up with what you're doing and before you know it, the weight and the rest of the body will follow suit.

I did just have a bacon buttie for ten-o-clocksies, though. That's the problem with getting up so damn early, lunchtime is way too far away......

heheh....should've had that bacon for breakfast and fruit as snack. Or yogurt. I don't eat fruits either, just preaching.

And yes....ssshhhhh.....let's not say it too loudly. They're spiteful little buggers. They'll come back so that we wouldn't get too happy.

I think I'm just forgetting about the first breakfast and pretending that was it. Now I'mm'a mow the lawn, that's good exercise. Fruit slad is what's for lunch. With chocolate sauce. or something

Personally, I think it'd be fun to see a movie of you bicycling to the pool no-handed.

hmm. take too much staging. I went by myself today, so only used the handlebars for the 100 yard on the main road. Fun fun fun, irresponsible fun. I didn't wear my helmet either.

I swam over two miles today! I have swum over 21 miles since the pool opened on memorial day weekend, and I am 7lbs lighter than I was on this day last month.

Thanks Lola.

And today is Swim-A-Thon for the kids so who knows how far I'll go (Parents swim during the dinner break). It won't be that far, actually, because the water will be ful of people swimming at different speeds and there's only an hour -usually less for me because I'm busy being bossy......
