Wolfgang Puck Classic Tomato Soup with Basil which I added some prawns to, and a bottle of POM Wonderful Pomegranate mango juice. Mmmm.

Lunch today is leftovers from last night - quinoa and vegetable bake. Yumyum. With a Braeburn apple and plain air-popped popcorn.

Two containers of Dannon strawberry-banana yogurt and a lime iced tea.

My scale tells me I'm up a few pounds more than I should be and since I rarely eat properly on the road, I'm trying to make up for it now.

Try La Tolteca - Rte 202, a couple miles north/west of 95. It was tasty and reasonably priced with good margaritas.

Sounds interesting, but I can't find an exact location ... is it in Delaware or PA?

(A little further searching has located one in West Chester, seems to be in the Parkway shopping center)

La Tolteca is in Delaware, closer to Dupont hospital. Also try Coyote Crossing in West Chester - a little pricey, but good.

Oh yeah, I agree.... although their margarita's are so tasty and strong the food becomes irrelevant pretty quickly.

Not mexican, but anyone been to Krazy Kats down in Delaware? I have a gift certificate but keep forgetting to plan to go.

La Tolteca also has a location in West Chester next to the Parkway Plaza, right where High Street ends and runs into the bend in Rte 202.

I ate at the Delaware location about 6 years ago, and it was pretty good.

There was also a Mexican restaurant in Delaware down Rte 13 whose name I can't remember. They had a mariachi band on some evenings.
