It's the ghost of someone who died from a heart attack the previous year. It's true. My cousin's husband's best friend's daughter emailed it to me.

One of the comments said they were reacting to a "speeding car" coming straight at them.
It's pitch black, they are holding on to one another as they shuffle blindly forward, and then a pair of headlights comes straight at them, probably with a roaring engine sound too. |
