It's weird enough when you read it straight.

"So," I thought, "this is the new millenium's answer to the challenge of kissing with braces."

And then I thought about the potential tragedies that could result from giving head by someone with tongue and lip jewelry to someone with a PA. Which lead to further painful thoughts.

lip rings, tongue bars, bellybutton piercings, clit rings it's a whole complicated world fraught with danger. Of course you rarely hear someone saying they want to take it out afterwards.

If the encounter itself doesn't require a set of needlenosed pliers and some visegrips, yeah, I've heard it's an "enhancer".
