Hmm.. okay. In that case, I'd recommend that you download IrfranView. It's actually an image viewer, not an image editor. But it's a small program and it will let you convert any picture to a gif or jpeg using the same instructions I gave above. Just open the picture with IrfranView, use the 'save as' feature and change the 'save as type' field.

By the way, what are plug-ins? There was a whole list of them so I selected them all to download, but a message came up saying something about "Are you sure you want to do that?" and associating stuff w/ them......I can't remember exactly, but I got scared and said NO. Next thing I know it didn't load any of them and opened the InfranView program. What was that all about

Well, I just saw my first 'Arnold for Govenor' commercial on TV and was wondering if the media got ahold of this pic would it ruin his chances (assuming the recall goes through)

This was sent to me by a friend who was wondering if I thought it was real or not. This might be a question for Dave the Pixel Pro to answer, but anyone feel free to analize, or analyze rather.

My thoughts are NO. Reasoning: the balls are almost to the knees and I would hope his 'muscle' would be a little bigger, although it is in the flaccid state.

Plugins are little things that add features to your program. For example, you can download a plugin to make IrfranView play mp3s, or you can download a thing to make it play movies. Anyway, you don't need all that fancy stuff. You're just using IrfranView to fix your picture.

What it probably asked you is whether or not you want to make it so that every time you click on a picture in Windows, it will load it up with IrfranView. That's called an "Association". It doesn't matter, though, 'cause you got what you needed to work. Congratulations!

Anyway, yep... that is definitely a flaccid penis.

I have to admit to being a little excited by it. Perhaps I'm just missing Dave?

There are a number of naked Arnie pics floating around the net. I don't think they'll hurt his chances at all. And BUGZ, I wish you wouldn't discuss the size of my Dodads with other people. After all, size isn't everything.

The image, I believe, has been confirmed real. There are definitely naked pictures of him, and I think that's one of them.

What you're seeing as his "balls" is most likely a shadow; it's not defined enough to tell for sure, and my Power Mac is in the shop (actually, I haven't even taken it there yet, but the effect is the same - it's not working for me), so I don't have an image program to try and get more detail out of it. But I'm pretty certain that what you see is not what you think it is.

As far as penis size, that's probably larger than average in the flaccid state. The funny thing with the penis, however, is that basically the flaccid size doesn't matter; it can change completely when it's erect. So he might be a good nine inches when he's excited or he might be five. We just can't tell from this.

What you'd do without us, I assume, is what you did before us. Funny how that works.

I thought that the flaccid state was as little as it gets and only gets bigger from there (ie. when erect). Please don't tell me it can shrink. To quote Elaine Benes....."Shrinkage, you mean it shrinks? I don't know how you guys live with those things!"

It can and does.

But you can wager that in any picture of a guy, where the guy is aware that a picture is being taken, the guy has prepared by getting his unit into semi-awake state so that it can be properly photo'd.

Nobody's shooting Arnie just after he gets out of the pool.

Either that or he has veto power over the printing of any particular image. Or a team of talented digital airbrushers. :)

It can definitely shrink when it's cold. When one becomes "aroused", I do believe that it only grows from its flaccid to erect state.

Even the same penis can be different sizes when erect. All depends on the conditions.

I know about shrinkage during a cold spell, but I was refering to possible shrinkage during supposed arousal. I thought no way could it shrink then. Glad to know it doesn't and that I wasn't living under another possibly devastating assumption of the human penis:p
