Knives - used for good = spread cream cheese on your bagel.
Knives - used for evil = stab you in the eye.

I assume UG is interested in the cream cheese type of knife.
Also, note subset: Knife used to pry apart frozen bagels resulting in a deep wound to the hand - evil Knife used as an alternative to a Philips head screwdriver - good
