I have although not recently. Usually if I've had a partner who liked the back door and I thought it might be on for the night I've done it as a courtesy really.

After all, who's going to do any rimming if it's a smelly rim?

Ah right. Well I haven't ever really worried about doing that part. I good flush with the shower head works pretty well I've found. I also got accidentally douched up the vag in a spa one time...then realized the full potential of those jets.
