Here's another good cop, as far as we know. I doubt it, but he could have stolen the wood and tools I suppose. The real problem is if he is bad, the other cops will cover for him.

All ya had to do was move the car. That guy needs to be something other than a policeman. Doesn't have the required decision-making skills.

Ya reckon he was on duty when he installed the ramp? Bad neighborhood?

Maybe before/after work, otherwise, why wear the uniform to install a ramp?

Pretty rotten to steal from a handicapped lady.

At first I was going to criticize the ramp because it's too short and steep, but on second thought, it's only a temporary one so that's fine, I guess. And I really like that not only did he install horizontal treads to keep somebody walking on the ramp from sliding, had made them short enough that the wheels of the wheelchair will fit around them.

Nicely done.
