The pic says that's Vladimir Putin, yeah, the guy with a fuckin' head full o' hair, and the camera around his neck. It sorta looks like ol' Vlad. But, I just can't sell myself on it.

I believe it. He's doing that "arms half at the ready" thing that Secret Service agents do... And I don't believe that the Russians in 1988 would allow random civilians to get that close to leaders, foreign or otherwise.
