Ha! Oh, I think he tests patience. At the best of times :P
But I don't think it is deliberate. And, what do we know of him? Enough to spot a repeating pattern. And probably a lot more of his internal process than is entirely comfortable. It's all a little raw. Don't take it to heart, hon.
