Cell Phones
I'm due for upgrade. I think I've found a phone but as Verizon is no longer offering unlimited Data it wants me to pick plans.
What does this mean: 500 messages PLUS unlimited Mobile to Mobile messages for ten bucks as opposed to 1000 messages for ten bucks. Aren't all messages mobile phone to mobile phone? |

And what's the difference in these coverages:
Total Equipment Coverage (Replacement for loss, theft, damage and defects after the manufacturer's warranty expires) $6.99/mo OR Wireless Phone Protection (Replacement for loss, theft, or damage) $5.18/mo I cracked my current phone right after I got it so I want to have that covered. PLEASE HELP I'M TRYING TO BUY NOW. |

I bought online. With the 2 year plan you can pay anywhere from nothing to hundreds: but you're getting them way cheaper than without the plan. And verizon has been OK to me, with a few bumps. I never had coverage problems even when I drove a thousand miles to the middle of nowhere.
 I went ahead and got the Droid 4. I need a slider keyboard, and I like my Droid 2 so I figured WTF? And I got the wireless phone protection and roadside assistance (I think my AAA has lapsed....and I get it with car insurance too but hey, why not...whatever's easiest.) So I can't wait to get my new toy. |
