Passage of this legislation would be substantively destructive to the fundamental qualities of a modern, democratic society. The mechanisms by which this legislation attempts to accomplish its goals are ill-conceived and unsustainable. Supporting this legislation would put you on the wrong side of a extraordinarily momentous event in human history. Don’t make that mistake.
