Cock and wallet are not the same. For a kickoff, both can be more easily disguised than breast size which is pretty upfront and measurable.

I'm pretty flat chested myself, but I've gotta make a mean comment here. That's really unflattering. As Clodfobble pointed out, she's making a point to really, really flatten her chest. There is an appropriate way to flatter your body type. I don't think that picture is unattractive because she's flat-chested but it's how she decides to display that fact.
