B-Mitch is ancient, almost MY age, and so in order for him to run it back he needs a few good blocks. He sits back and waits for the blocks to appear and then makes good decisions. If the blocks never appear because your special teams players are weak, B-Mitch is a waste of funds and should be replaced with a speed guy. But on the good side, he'll never muff a kick
