Also interesting: Cellar people rarely get pissed off by some weired artist using bizarre material.

Not quite; I don't mind art using human skin, what bothers me (and most others I think) is human skin that people donated for science - teaching and research - being given to some bloke to make a public spectacle out of.

Good point about the recipes, though. I think we were distracted.
