I'm not there yet. Hopefully never will be. But I understand that it's one of those things like everything else. If you eat right, and exercise, you go a long way toward staying healthy in that area too. It's all vascular. You want your blood vessels to be in good shape. That means aerobic exercise. And cut down on alcohol and don't smoke.

If you eat healthy foods, and are getting a lot of exercise, and still have troubles, you should go see your doctor.

I have a hot wife and a hot g/f, but I'm 52, overweight, and have had bypass surgery. Even so, my problem isn't usually getting an erection. My problem is having sufficient sensitivity to keep my erection interested in staying erect reliably.

Viagra helps, but not always. Very strange. I'm sure I'm some sort of medical anomaly.

All things being equal, I can't complain. Functionality is mine enough of the time that I can't complain, and I don't get many complaints in return. After all, my tongue and thumb are always fully functional.
