Interesting. I find when I up my Lexapro it slows things down, both desire and pleasurewise and makes it nearly impossible to go over the edge. Luckily, I have found a dosage that is a happy medium between the desired psychological effects while limiting physiological ones.

Very common with anti-depressants. Well documented in women.
