I dunno - after claiming to be naturally thin on the OC - then putting on enough weight to look healthy again when she finished - I'd be willing to be suspicious of her body.
However I admit to being far more suspicious of The Mail on Sunday. The angle of light looks right however, and would highlight anything there was to show.
