Its a bit simpler than that.

I know the guy who owns the broker house, have worked fairly closely with him for the last few years. He's the type of personality I like to work for (ie, he's on my porn list

The Telco guy, same deal.

My problem is, I want to speak with my boss and tell him my thoughts....but I know what he is like and what he has done in the past. He may knee-jerk and walk me on the spot...when I mention I am thinking about leaving.
