Make sure that if you are inviewed by a company, that you are interviewing them too.
Ask them scenario based questions in the interview, in the same way that ask them to candidates - you have the benefit of taking them completely by surprise and therefore probably an honest one. Get all the info you can. You can always turn a job down after all. |
