SM determines what the people are to vote on, except for the unvotable: Christian theocracy with full music education from age 4. During his first year operating the Democracy, it is determined that it is not acceptable to serve applesauce at a dinner party without cinnamon garnish. Also, anyone found to be using Behringer equipment will be put to immediate death.
