Visit a really top class sushi restaurant. They can bring a live octopus to your table, chop off a tentacle and drop it, still writhing, onto your plate, and you are expected to eat it immediately.

not had this. I've read, though, that the suckers on the tentacles will still be puckering and releasing as you chew ... suckering on to the roof of your mouth and the insides of your cheeks...
