well, don't be disappointed. We already have claimed the attic as our fortress of solitude. I do indeed play guitar and have a mini frigde and microwave, my playstation, dvd collection, and grown up toys.
It's a joint conquest though.....there's a lot of fingernail painting stuff and what not that jinx doesnt want ripley getting into. It's off limits to the kids. that's the key.
