put a chapstick (with sunscreen) in the ashtray of your car (or in a similar position if you smoke), and a huge pump moisturizer in the driver's door pocket or in the console between the passenger and driver. Apply at red lights. Chapstick at short lights, moisturizer to hands (and face if no makeup) at longer ones.
Also have sunscreen in the car.
