When I had co-workers, I was 'the bitch' (as in bitching about stuff; not in the prison sense of the word).
I was the one who got on everyone to set up their files and layouts right. We worked on really tight schedules and had to randomly edit each others' work, so when folks threw protocol out the window, it just made things harder for everybody.
It was completely out in the open that I was known as 'the bitch' (two of my co-workers have been my best friends for years, and weren't shy about letting me know their feelings), but I didn't care as long as we didn't have to stay late for hours and fix something stupid. After I left the company, one of them took on the role.
