My exercise routine is awesome!

I have this handy 22-lb. weight that I take everywhere with me, and I repeatedly lift it up and down all day long. Whenever I put it down, it immediately starts moving and I have to chase after it.

It also regulates my diet by demanding half my food off my plate, and only giving me a few minutes to eat what's left before it's time to get back to lifting.

I'm telling you, my arms and legs have actual muscular definition to them. I am in the best shape of my life, no doubt about it.
