Windows Movie Maker says it can do that. Import into the collection. Drag and drop onto timeline. Combine clips if necessary. Select clip to rotate. Go to Clip->Video->Video Effects. Add Rotate 90 effect. Go. Save Movie File.
Unfortunately this does mean it will end up in WMV format. |
