I keep losing this thread i swear.

It will eb difficult, and it will be expensive, just be thankful you're not British, its even harder. If the cat is 30 days you're damn lucky, thats all i can say. The economy is not too shabby but IT work is rarer than hens teeth at the moment (i'm looking too) but you might get lucky. Only catch with Sydney is it is *expensive* but as i said, i'm biased.

As i think you're starting to nitice the immigration system is one huge pile of red tape, an agent is nto a bad idea, tehy'll explain the best angle of attack and wil deal with the paperwork for you, trust me, you'll apprecaite it later, moving countries is stressful enough as it is. On the otehr hand i don''t know how comlicated it is for americans, it might be far more streamlined.
