There are tricks to finding a good place to eat on the road, several of which involve the use of my CB and THIRD ANTENNA. I am also amused at the four wheel travelers who think that any place a trucker eats just HAS to be good!

My favorite trick, however, involves the creative use of my crock pot for hot meals for little money. I budget $100/week for eats, although I met a gf for lunch yesterday and wound up spending a C note on lunch at Chilies, a place that I usually avoid. Payoff: she brought two friends and I didn't get back "home" until midnight!
