Assclown in a pickup truck, (guess that's a ute to you) drives to a location where contractors hire labor by the day.
He hires a bunch of laborers then drives to the INS office. When he parks, the laborers know the promised employment is a hoax and scatter. Of course it was premeditated and filmed.

I may be prejudice, because he looks exactly like a guy I used to know that was a complete assclown. But I don't think so.
