If we could get the Schyullkill Valley Metro built within a reasonable amount of time (heck, get it built at all the way the politics is going), it would help *a lot*!

Phoenixville is becoming nearly impassable (as is Rt 23) from 7 am to 9:00 am -- I don't know where all these people came from and where they are going, but there *HAS* to be a better way to get them where they need to go!
