Yeah, the reaction to her has been odd - relief from many Democrats and outrage from many Republicans - but still: his personal lawyer? Who headed his search for Supreme Court nominees? Right after "Heckuva Job Brownie"?
Yeesh. I wouldn't be too surprised if she's a decoy, to be shot down with some Republican nays, thus making the next nominee harder to refuse.
