Overacting. Too much emotion and drama, particularly where it's not warranted.
Think Shatner asking, "Why does God need a starship?" Too pausy, too breathy, too whatever. Saying "I'm going to go get a cappucino" with just the hint of a tear squeezing out one eye, and with too soulful a look towards the camera. Acting that you can tell is acting.
