Hunger strike at Gitmo enters second month

The Fourth Circuit has just ruled in the Padilla case that the President may have anyone (even a citizen within US borders) held indefinitely without trial. So don't expect anything to change at Gitmo any time soon. Except maybe it will get more crowded.
