I WILL try Rice Krispies. They should work OK But Kix, Trix and MANY other cereals are made from corn. And like corn in its whole form, my body doesn't know what to do with it, so it comes out very quickly - pre digestion. Trix would make some pretty poop!

Ah, then your problem is probably not roughage. The stuff in kix and trix is pretty finely ground. You probably have some grain allergies. I suggest you get thee to an allergist.

Grape nuts make very good micro croutons. Sprinkle on salad. Really.

Never thought of that one.

Put Skinless Chicken Breasts (deboning them makes this work better too, but is actually optional) in a baking dish or pan.

Brush lightly with mayo (regular or low fat, doesn't matter).

Cover with Grape Nuts.

Drizzle with honey.

Bake until the chicken reaches an internal temperature that won't kill you.

My husband has a recipe for meatballs that involves grapenuts too. Apparently they're completely versatile!
