Best Simpson's Moment Ever

Homer living with the two gay guys definitely ranks up there ...

My favorite, by far, is when Homer falls in the hole in front of the church and sues them for $1 million. I was astonished, but then laughing hysterically, when Rev. Lovejoy says, "One million dollars? This is a church, not a synagogue."

It was one of those times when I felt the Simpsons was just absolutely pushing the boundaries of whatever sort of political correctness reigns over cartoons. And I really really really liked it.

And then there's this fabulous exchange from the Homer turns vegetarian episode:

Homer Simpson: Are you saying you're never going to eat any animal again? What about bacon?
Lisa: No.
Homer Simpson: Ham?
Lisa: No!
Homer Simpson: Pork chops?
Lisa: Dad, those all come from the same animal!
Homer Simpson: Heh heh heh ... ooh ... yeah ... right, Lisa. A wonderful ... magical animal.
