*nods* I find as soon as I realise where I am at in the month and that that is likely the cause of my depression/underlying sense of rage I am usually ok after that. It's when I am flying off the handle or feeling crushingly depressed and dont have anything to explain it that it is difficult to handle. Once i know what is behind it I can ride it out without too much unpleasantness

Heh. I had a next door neighbour years ago used to get really odd and aggressive around te lunar month. Was unnerving. He would be this really sweet guy most of the time ( in his late 70's) but then round about the full moon he'd become insulting, verbally abusive and downright unreasonable. Used to drive his wife loco
