Seems like if you just hardened your systems with electronic shielding and good grounding, you would be able to defeat this threat. I thought we already did this to protect us from the EMP made by a nuke going off at high altitude.
Civilian stuff would be toast, but the military stuff should be good, shouldn't it? |
