Wow - good job!
The cream cheese icing is the same I put on carrot cake. The staffroom go crazy for it. They're never once commented on my gorgeous ganaches, which are still easy but twice as expensive... I've been tempted by a Red Velvet Cake but they are not known in this country and I'm not sure how they would be received.
