I know you are our guru for everything else in the world. But you are wrong about marmalade. It's a gorgeous word! If I had a daughter I'd be tempted to call her Marmalade (as in Marmalade Atkins). Nothing wrong with Lemon Curd either. We used to sell Cheese Curd Tarts when I worked in Hampshires Bakery. Now that did sound wrong.
