I want to do P90X now but my aunt is hanging around. Everytime I do P90X, she would constantly make comments and criticisms --
women shouldn't do those kinds of exercises, you'll look ugly...work only your waist and hips, blah, blah, blah.

She even corrected my push-up form when she couldn't do one herself.

At first, I was able to put up a mental block, but after a month long, my tolerance cup has overflown. Today is shoulder & arms and ab ripper routines. I think I'll just jump on the treadmill, do push-ups and ab exercises afterwards. I'm just procrastinating a bit now because I have an upset stomach.
