Oct 16, 2009: Axolotls
The Axolotl (Ax-oh-lot-ul) are from Mexico. The Aussies call them Mexican Walking Fish, but they aren't fish, they're salamanders, which are amphibians, like frogs and toads.
But who the hell cares about that technical stuff, they're cute (mostly) and edible. They are pretty small, but hot Axolotl soup on a cold rainy day... Mmm Mmm Good.   link
