I have that kind of sensitivity towards animals, cloud. I've been deep water scuba diving, and one of the training sessions I took was underwater naturalism (or some such title.) One of the things I remember was my instructor talking about natural environment, and how if you pick up a tiny little creature and move him a few feet, you have just separated him from what is natural to him. Maybe a few miles without GPS

in human terms.

So, I hadn't thought about that angle, when thinking how neat it would be to see close up like that.

You're right...though we don't know if the animals are happier or sadder...it's not up to us to know, we should just let them be in their own damn environment. They shouldn't be fodder for us thrillseekers to brag about.

There are plenty of thrills in the ocean, in the sky...without disturbing any of it.
