My roommate is drummer.....but I am a bassist.
A year and a half ago when I didn't have an actual residence I was staying in my friends living room and every night I would hear "boom, boom, boom" from his bed hitting the wall during sex. I still regret to this day not turning on my bass and start playing a porno beat. They would have not been able to have sex for a month.
