I'm already drawing up the new challenge (new goals, targets, action plan), if anyone feels inclined to share tips/ advice. I am almost definitely facing this alone, so I need to find a way to stay motivated.
Congrats - that's a major accomplishment!

How will you transition from meal replacements to meals once you've reached your goal?

Keep posting about it all... having to report your progress should keep you on track. Also, I think the picture taking is a great idea... you get to feel good about the progress you've made and you can see what you need to improve all at the same time. I think dressing in front of a mirror helps keep thing on the front burner too... does for me anyway.
