I should specify, take it in context. He was "congratulating" John McCain on his hard work and success. He did the same thing a while back to Hillary. If it was unintentional, the crowd didn't think so, and he seemed to know quite well what they were laughing about.
I'm just sayin', the mudslinging is not one-sided by a long shot. |
