update
the puppy didn't make it.
We will bury him in the yard in the morning. The poor little guy barely had a chance at life, now he's gone. His mother is very anxious and is looking all over for him. She misses him as much as Mary and I do. He was her sister's favorite too. I do NOT look forward to telling her...she will go into hysterics, I'm sure. No sleep for ME tonight.
