Oops, sorry. I didn't realise that this was teh serious thread.

Like Ali, I'd see her face and hair first.
Then her (usually gorgeous) clothes.
Then her shoes.
Then probably do a quick-flick upwards, which would take in bosoms.

On the off-chance that she was in the same pose as the photo I would be looking at her butt, but I doubt the towel-induced "cellulite" would register.
